Lucia has a drive and passion for sports and exercise. She has worked with numerous high-level athletes and clubs including Warrington Wolves RLFC, The Spanish Basketball Academy, and numerous others. Lucia has previously worked in a private clinic providing treatment, rehabilitation, and training programmes. As well as helping her clients to transform their physical and mental well-being. She is also a qualified Sports Coach which greatly aids her understanding of movements patterns, strength and conditioning, and returning players to their previous level of competition.
