My approach to fitness is to make it as playful as possible whilst prioritising function. I have immersed myself in a myriad of sports and fitness practices such as gymnastics, weightlifting, yoga, functional training, callisthenics, football and CrossFit - which give me the tools to offer “effective” and diverse sessions to my clients. I am also an integrative nutrition health coach, which enables me to provide nutritional and health support from a holistic perspective.
