I spent my teenage years being overweight and unhappy that resulted just trying to find more comfort in food. When I reached about size 18 something switched and I went on a mission losing over 4 sizes in 3 months, but it was not till my late twenties – and by that time I was really unhealthy – when I stumbled upon a personal trainer who helped me change my life for the better. I learnt how to look after my body properly, how to exercise according to my goals, how to eat a healthy, balanced diet and feel much better in my skin. After my transformation I left my corporate job and decided to dedicate my time to guide people who also want to make a difference in their health.
