Since day one, I wanted to help people to transform themselves to what they believe is best. I have gone on to qualify as a personal trainer and advanced my skills to be able to not only to train healthy people, but also people with health conditions, like obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stress, depression and anxiety. I have the qualification and the experience to personalise diet and exercise plans to reduce the risks and the reliance on medications for these health conditions.
I believe getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment, but an empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve; be it: weight loss, body toning, build strength and lean muscle mass. I will give you the right push needed to produce results, but I will never make do something you don’t enjoy. I pride myself in the success of satisfied people who have gone beyond their initial goals when they have trained with me.
You can start from 30 to 60 minutes a week to train with me and you will get a continuous support and review through your training, custom design home workouts and nutrition plan.
