My approach to fitness is to make it as playful as possible whilst prioritising function. I have immersed myself in a myriad of sports and fitness practices such as gymnastics, weightlifting, yoga, functional training, callisthenics, football and CrossFit - which give me the tools to offer “effective” and diverse sessions to my clients. I am also an integrative nutrition health coach, which enables me to provide nutritional and health support from a holistic perspective.

I believe nourishment doesn’t just come in the form of food but also through physical activity, recovery, relationships and career – I have the tools to support clients through these areas as well as nutritionally, moving you closer to being the best version of yourself.
